I’m a 28-year old mom-to-be with a compulsion to write about the latest and greatest thing going on in my life. Right now that’s growing a kid! In a few months time it will be surviving the newborn stage and adjusting to life as a stay-at-home-mom.

Blogging has served me well in the past. I write about life aboard a sailboat with my husband, dabbled in food blogging, and documented part of my journey towards conceiving our first child. That journey wasn’t easy. I was fortunate, however, to suffer from a completely curable form of infertility and a tiny snapshot of my quest for a cure is preserved in the archives of this blog.

Long story short, I worked so hard to get to where I am now and now it’s time to sit back and be happy! I have the worlds best husband, a cute dog, loving family and friends, and soon I’ll have a little one to occupy my every waking moment.
