Picnic in the park

Salad w/ leftover roasted tomatoes, avocado + Tahini Chickpea dressing, AB&J sandwich + heel of sourdough an figs + goat’s milk yogurt…and a water bottle, not pictured

I picked Lee up from work today and we had lunch together in a nearby park. This was something we’ve been meaning to do. I really didn’t feel like fixing him lunch tonight so postponing it till today was the perfect solution.

The park was tiny and kinda weird. It’s on a really industrial part of the waterfront.

My salad was gooood! The dressing makes it! It was nice and thick and more flavorful today than it was last night.

Time to buy more figs! They were great with vanilla goat’s milk yogurt.

And time to make more bread!

Now I’m coming down the home stretch towards my interview…must not be late! What should I wear?
